“ My goodness, the barbeque here hits the spot. We stopped in before closing and only the brisket was left. You know it's good BBQ when they sell out. We got the plate, with sides of collards, Mac n cheese, green beans, and fries. Huge generous portions, we couldn't even finish it. The brisket was extra tender, soft and flavorful with plenty of burnt portions for that explosion of BBQ goodness. Sides took it to the next level. Get the collards and Mac n cheese, those were the best. The owner works super hard and does an amazing job. Prices are absolutely reasonable and great value. Love to support this place, will definitely be back! ”

“ Excellent food and people. You can tell much pride was taken preparing the food. Gives a great Smokey grill taste. Coleslaw was mix between vinegar and slight cream and green beans were a very unique and tasty side! I got two meals 1/2 lb of the pork and the brisket to try it out! Have the second half for leftovers. Don’t pass up this roadside quick order stand with outside seating. Located right down the road from Sheetz off of the interstate! Will return! ”

You pull over immediately and get busy, and this place did not disappoint! The staff was super nice, and the owner personally brought our food and hit us with a little history of the place. “ My dad and I stopped by while on a road trip. It was worth it. A very interesting and unique style like I've never had before. I got the Brisket sandwich, it was supper moist, the crust was excellent. My side was the Mac and Cheese. Totally unique flavor, made it very good. My dad judge's BBQ joints based on the pulled pork. Sad travels alot and has eating his fair share of pulled pork for 50 years. "Best damn pulled pork, I've had in a long time!" Was his reaction. We met the owner Tim, supper chill and just a down right solid dude. Service was slow due to he was all by himself when we stopped. Non-issue, the food was damn good. ”
“ Fantastic! The best BBQ I've had in WV. I tried the pulled pork with baked beans and coleslaw. The pork was tender, juicy and smoked to perfection. The beans were amazing, maybe my favorite ever. The coleslaw was just okay, but complimented the pork nicely. I can't wait to go back and try the brisket and the ribs. I hear you need to stop in early as they sell out. Truly a Morgantown treasure! ”
